Easter Sunday

When: March 31, 11:00am
Where: Trevor Day School (East Campus) -- 312 E 95th St
Why: To celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. He is Risen!

We will return to the east side Trevor Day School campus on March 31 for our Easter Service and Children's Easter Egg Hunt (immediately following the worship service). Come and celebrate our living Messiah. As we say in the church, "He is risen! He is risen indeed!"

Good Friday at Carl Shurz Park

When: March 29, 6:00pm
Where: Carl Schurz Park at then end of E 86th St.
Why: To worship our crucified Lord and to remember the sacrifice he made for us.

Join us once again this year for a short outdoor Good Friday Service at 6pm, at Carl Shurz Park. We will provide more location details as we get closer, but plan to enter the park at E 86th St.

Palm Sunday Worship Gathering on the West Side

When: March 24, 11:00am
Where: Trevor Day School (West Campus) -- 1 W 88th St
Why: To celebrate the triumphal entry of Jesus, our Messiah and King, into Jerusalem!

Because of maintenance on the floors, the east side building is not available on March 24, so we will be holding our special Palm Sunday worship gathering at the west side Trevor Day School campus. Either walk across the park or take the M86 Select Bus across the park. Trevor West Side is at the corner of W 88th St and Central Park West.

Because we are not able to meet on the 12th Floor at Trevor Day School on March 17, we will instead be holding our first SEND Sunday. Just like Jesus sent his disciples out into their communities to do ministry, we will be sending one another out in the city to do ministry.

We will have three options for your participation on March 17:

1. Participate in a Prayer Walk (Trevor Day School) - For those in the neighborhood, we will meet on the sidewalk outside Trevor Day School at 312 E 95th St, at 11am, for a short gathering and teaching followed by a prayer walk in the neighborhood. Don't worry, we will give you all the instructions, and you will be placed in a prayer group with an experienced leader!

2. Visit Esperanza De Vida (55-21 69th Street, Maspeth, NY) - If you live in Queens or would like to travel to Queens, we would invite to you visit our daughter church plant with Pastors Daniel and Karen Cifuentes in Maspeth, Queens, for their Sunday morning worship service at 11am.

3. Visit First Wesleyan Church (1440 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, NY) - If you live near Brooklyn or would like to travel to worship with Pastors Patrick and Caleb and their families at First Wesleyan Church, we would encourage you to travel to Brooklyn for their 10:30am worship gathering.

We believe this will be an impactful and meaningful Sunday for Resurrection Life NYC. If you have any questions, just reply to this email.
